Does it exclude public holidays?
Weekends only, by default — holidays vary by state and country. Add custom holiday dates to exclude them too.
What weekend patterns are supported?
Saturday–Sunday (most of India), Friday–Saturday (Gulf), and Sunday-only (many Indian businesses).
How is this used for notice periods?
A ‘30-day’ notice is calendar days; a ‘one month’ handover in working terms is ~22 days. Clarify which your offer letter means.
